The model

Stage agnostic.
Sector focused.
Conviction led.

Most firms pick a lane. Venture capital chases early signal at scale. Private equity chases late stage efficiency. The two worlds rarely talk, and founders building long arc businesses get handed from one to the other at arbitrary inflection points, each handover bleeding context and conviction.

We do it differently. ACI Global Ventures invests across the full spectrum, from seed to growth equity, in the same three sectors, with the same team. When a company in our focus area needs five hundred thousand dollars at formation, we can write that check. When it needs fifty million at Series C, we can write that too. Our conviction does not expire at stage boundaries.

This continuity matters more than it sounds. It means the conviction that got us into a company at seed is the same conviction that carries us into its growth rounds. It means founders get a partner who has watched the full arc, not a stranger who read a one pager yesterday. And it means we compound our understanding of each sector round after round, deal after deal.

The platform

More than money. An unfair advantage.

Every firm talks about value add. The industry has built a whole language around it: portfolio services, platform teams, expert networks, slack channels. Ninety percent of it is theater. When a founder needs an introduction to a Fortune 500 CIO on a Wednesday, or a second opinion on a tricky architectural decision, or five senior engineers to ship a proof of concept before a pilot deadline, most of that infrastructure does not show up.

We are built on top of ACI Infotech, a global technology and services organization that has spent two decades delivering mission critical software to Fortune class enterprises. That means our portfolio companies have access to a real operating platform. Not a slack channel. Not a rolodex. A delivery organization of three thousand engineers, a hundred enterprise customer relationships, a commercial presence in ten countries, and the institutional knowledge of building at scale in regulated, complex environments.

When we invest, this platform comes with the check. Founders tap into it when they need to, how they need to, and only when it helps. No mandatory meetings. No forced introductions. Just capability that is there when the moment calls for it.

The operating backbone
3,000+ Engineers across our global delivery organization.
100+ Enterprise customers served across healthcare, financial services, and industry.
10+ Countries with a commercial and delivery presence.
20yrs Of building, shipping, and scaling enterprise technology.
The partnership

Strategic support, not interference.

Founders run their companies. We do not run them. That is the simplest statement of our philosophy, and the one we take most seriously. The companies we back are built by people who have earned the right to make the calls. Our job is to remove friction, not add it.

In practice this looks like three things. First, a board seat when it helps governance and a quiet observer role when it helps velocity. Second, unlimited access to the operating platform, with zero obligation to use it. Third, honesty. We say what we actually think, in the moments where it matters, even when it is inconvenient. Especially then.

We do not run follow on rounds as negotiations. We do not run portfolio companies as portfolio companies. We try to be useful at the speed of building, not at the cadence of reporting. And we measure ourselves on whether the founders we back would take our capital again.

The founders

Builders, not bets.

We look for a specific kind of founder. Technically deep, commercially honest, long arc in their ambition. People who can articulate why the current state of their industry is unacceptable and who have a credible, specific plan for changing it. People who do not confuse activity with progress. People who would rather ship than talk about shipping.

We do not care about pedigree. We do not care about network density. We care about what you have already built, what you are willing to commit the next ten years to, and whether your answer to the hardest question about your business is honest. If that is you, we are one short message away.

Building something transformative?

We would like to hear about it.
